Final Bill and Special Assessment Search Requests

Final Bill Requests

Please submit the Final Bill Request Form to request a final bill for a property. 

Items to keep in mind when requesting a Final Bill:

- Do NOT request multiple final bills on one form.

    • Submit separate form for each parcel that you are requesting a final bill for.

- We prefer that final bills requests are submitted 2-5 business days before you would like the final bill emailed to you.

    • The form must be submitted by 3:30pm on the business day prior to the date that you would like the bill emailed to you.
    • We cannot accept final bill requests more than 1 month in advance.

- We will send a confirmation email within one business day of the submission from

- If you have not received a response, please check your JUNK/SPAM folders before emailing

- We can process final bills most business days, Monday-Friday. We do not process final bills on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

It is our policy to provide final bills no more than two business days prior to the closing date. It is your responsibility to inform us of any cancelled or delayed closings, so we can cancel or update the final bill request by emailing

Special Assessment Search Requests

Please submit the form to request a Special Assessment search for a property.

Items to keep in mind when requesting a Special Assessment Search:

- Do NOT request special assessment searches for multiple properties on one form.

    • Submit a separate form for each parcel.

- Special assessment search requests will be processed within 1-2 business days. The results will be emailed to you.

- A special assessment search does not include a check for liens against a property. Questions regarding liens on a property would need to be directed to the Winona County Recorder’s Office.

- Any questions regarding upcoming street/utility projects should be directed to the Engineering department at 507-457-8269.
