Port Authority

The Port Authority of Winona was established in 1968 to operate the river port and promote the river and commerce.  Today the Port Authority is the facilitator of/for local economic development activities for the City of Winona.  The Port Authority is a separate entity and a political subdivision of the State of Minnesota.

Meetings
The Port Authority meets on the second Thursday of each month at 4:00 pm in the Council Chambers, Winona City Hall.
