Notice of Emergency Meeting of the Winona City Council
I, Scott D. Sherman, Mayor of the City of Winona, Minnesota, hereby call for an Emergency Council Meeting at 9:00 a.m., Friday, August 27, 2021, in the Council Chamber at Winona City Hall, 207 Lafayette, Winona MN 55987 to consider a resolution declaring a local emergency and requiring face coverings in indoor spaces of public accommodation in response to the surge in COVID-19 cases in the State and in Winona County.
