The City of Winona reminds citizens that pushing leaves and lawn debris into City streets is against City Code. It can really add up over time to cause harm to our waterways. A pro tip is to bag leaves/lawn debris when raking/mowing the boulevard for use as mulch, or be conscious of where the debris is thrown so they stay on the lawn.
