Update to Winona Public Library Service Hours
To ensure the safety of patrons and Library staff during the heavy demolition next door, the Winona Public Library will offer lobby service only on February 3-4 and will then be completely closed to the public February 5-8. Returns may be made throughout the closure, and public wi-fi continues to be available outside the library.
