The City’s yearly Bituminous Mill & Overlay project will reconstruct Winona Street, Washington Street, and Johnson Street between Sarnia Street and Lake Park Drive and mill and repave Main Street between Sarnia Street and Lake Park Drive.
Work will begin the week of July 18th with pavement removals of these streets. On Winona, Washington, and Johnson Streets, the work will also consist of soil excavation, new rock base placement, and some curb and gutter replacement.
We would expect this work to be completed within 1-2 months. During this work, there will be limited access to all streets involved in the project as well as no parking allowed on these streets.
