[ARCHIVED] Tag & Tow Operation - Thursday, December 29, 2022 from 12:01 am - 6:30 am

Tag and Tow

****TAG AND TOW****

DOWNTOWN SNOW REMOVAL PART 2

The City of Winona has declared a Tag and Tow Operation to facilitate snow removal for the DOWNTOWN AREA. This area is from Huff Street to Franklin Street and Broadway (6th St) to Levee Park Dr.

The Tag and Tow will take place on December 29th, 2022 from 12:01am to 6:30am.

The Alternate Side Parking Ordinance will be STRICTLY enforced during these hours. Tag and Tow will be in effect on the EVEN numbered side of the street and Municipal Parking Lot #1 (2nd St & Center St).

That means you should be parked on the odd side of the street. Generally the odd side of the street is the south or west side of the street. Anyone parked on the even side of the street will be ticketed and towed. No exceptions.

If your vehicle is towed you must come to the Police Department, 201 W 3rd St, to obtain a vehicle release. You will need a valid DL, current proof of insurance, and $25 for the parking ticket (cash, check, or charge).  All vehicles will be towed to Borkowski Towing and Salvage  in Goodview.
