The City of Winona in coordination with the Winona International Friendship Association welcomed dignitaries from Bytow Poland on June 13, 2023 at City Hall. The delegation will be in Winona this week visiting various sites and participating in Steamboat Days activities. An Oak tree will be planted near Sobieski Park Pavilion to represent the Poland-USA Friendship. The group will be honored as the Grand Marshals for the Steamboat Days Grande Parade on Sunday, June 18th.
