FB imageFREE FOOD DROP, This Friday-no income requirements!
The City of Winona and Winona Volunteer Services are collaborating on a drive-through distribution of 1,040 FREE FOOD BOXES to our community residents. These are single refrigerated boxes with produce, dairy and cooked meat. This is “Round Three” of the USDA’s Coronavirus Food Assistance Program (CFAP) Farmers to Families Food Boxes.

The USDA’s Agricultural Marketing Service partnered with national, regional and local suppliers, whose workforce has been significantly impacted by the closure of restaurants, hotels and other food service businesses, to purchase up to $3 billion in fresh produce, dairy and meat products.

This is a wonderful opportunity for us to help our farmers move their product to you. There are no income requirements and all are welcome.
