[ARCHIVED] Winona County Offering Residents Over 65 Waiting List for COVID-19 Vaccination

Winona County Offering Residents Over 65 Waiting List for COVID-19 Vaccination

Winona County is delighted to be able to start offering COVID-19 vaccinations to Winona County residents over the age of 65 as stated in the current Minnesota Department of Health guidelines.

If you are interested in being vaccinated, please review and complete the online form:

Complete the online form for each person in your home who is age 65+. After completing this form, you will be on a COVID-19 vaccination request list with public health. As vaccine supply permits, staff will randomly select from the list and call or email to make sure you can receive the vaccine and schedule appointments. Kindly wait for our call rather than calling our office to help keep our precious phone lines open for others. If you receive vaccination elsewhere, please share this information with our scheduling staff when they contact you so we can remove you from this list. If you know someone who needs help filling out this form because they do not have a smart phone or internet access, assist them with completing this form or have them call 507-457-6375. Staff are available at this number Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 4:30 PM. Completing a vaccination request form does not guarantee an immediate appointment or vaccination.

Some individuals may not be able to receive vaccination due to their specific health needs.

Please continue to follow face covering, hand washing, and social distancing recommendations.
