Holzinger Lodge is tucked in the beautiful rolling hills on the south edge of Winona, overlooking West Lake Winona. The Lodge is ADA accessible. The lodge is adjacent to the Holzinger biking and hiking trail system.
Capacity is 75 people. Amenities include a playground, horseshoe pits, kitchen with full range, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, air conditioning, fire place, and game room with pool table, table tennis, bumper pool, and foosball. There are approximately 75 chairs and 17 - 6 foot banquet tables. There is no Wi-Fi available at this facility.
Full Day Rental - $254.00 | Half Day Rental - $145.00 | Club & Non-Profit Rate - $39.00/hr |
Payment is due in full at the time of the reservation. A $100 damage/maintenance deposit will be due in the form of check the day prior to the rental, or Friday for weekend rentals. The reservation time is the time you may occupy the space. You are not allowed to enter the facility the night before to set up or go back the next day for clean-up. Please refer to your rental permit for dates/times as well as facility instructions and reminders.
