The Valley Oaks Shelter is located in the scenic Valley Oaks subdivision of Winona. It is adjacent to a playground, a park with basketball and tennis courts, as well as plentiful green space.
The outdoor shelter area includes approximately 4 picnic tables. Inside the shelter is a small kitchen and seating area with 6 banquet tables and 25 chairs, a half range, fridge, indoor bathrooms, and electric baseboard heat. There is no air conditioning.

Payment is due in full at the time of the reservation. A $100 damage/maintenance deposit will be due in the form of check or cash the day prior to the rental, or Friday for weekend rentals. A key for the electrical box needs to be picked up by the renter when placing damage deposit.
